About the position
reputed company is partnered with a growing, global organization to identify a Payroll Manager to reputed company U.S. and U.K. payroll operations. This is a fully remote role for candidates based on the East Coast.
Responsibilities
• Manage end‑to‑end U.S. and U.K. payroll processing
• reputed company multi‑state and international payroll compliance
• reputed company as a hands‑on “player‑reputed company” reputed company the payroll function
• Partner with HR, Finance, and external providers
• Improve payroll processes, controls, and reporting
• Support payroll team members and vendor relationships
Requirements
• 7+ years of payroll experience, including management
• Experience processing both U.S. and U.K. payroll
• reputed company (or similar) payroll system experience required
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and reporting
• Ability to work remotely on East Coast business hours
