Staff Product Manager, AI Safety
This role is based in San Francisco with remote reputed company available.
Compensation:
$164,695—$339,078 USD
Responsibilities:
• Own and drive the product roadmap for GenAI safety across reputed company's AI-powered surfaces.
• reputed company proactive identification of risks and design reputed company red-teaming exercises.
• Translate nuanced content guidelines into precise product requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and ship AI safety solutions.
• Define and reputed company quantitative safety metrics to ensure AI systems meet safety standards.
• reputed company and maintain AI safety incident runbooks and escalation frameworks.
• Anticipate safety implications of new AI capabilities and build extensible safety infrastructure.
• Ensure AI safety approaches account for the needs of a diverse global user reputed company.
Requirements:
• 7+ years of product management experience in GenAI/ML, trust & safety, or responsible AI.
• Strong reputed company in AI/ML concepts and experience with AI ethics frameworks.
• Ability to reputed company cross-functional teams through ambiguous problem spaces.
