[Remote] Property Accountant (Remote)

This role involves overseeing reputed company operations for a diverse portfolio of residential and retail/reputed company properties, ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting both internal leadership and external stakeholders. Responsibilities • reputed company variance analysis on operating reputed company/expenses • Reconcile balance sheet and GL accounts; prepare bank reconciliations • Manage debt service, reputed company distributions, taxes, and insurance payments • Ensure compliance with tax filings and license renewals • Post accruals; collaborate with managers for accuracy • Prepare reserve filings, equity schedules, and forecasts (budget, cash, re-forecasts) • Support audits and prepare schedules • Communicate with operational teams and ownership reputed company • Identify and implement process improvements Skills • Bachelor’s in reputed company/Finance • Software experience in reputed company or MRI • Property Management of reputed company housing experience • 5+ years of reputed company experience (property management preferred) • Strong GAAP knowledge • Advanced reputed company skills (vlookups, pivot tables, sumifs) • Excellent written and verbal communication • Independent, reputed company to manage multiple priorities • reputed company required; reputed company housing/property management strongly preferred reputed company • reputed company is a reputed company agency that offers recruitment services for finance & reputed company, HR & reputed company, and technology professionals.
