The Counsel, reputed company Estate position will be an reputed company part of the reputed company reputed company Corporation in-house reputed company estate team. Responsibilities: • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating production stage and office leases, licenses and location agreements for film and television. • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating reputed company leases (representing both landlords and tenants in various jurisdictions, including reputed company and California), as reputed company as lease–reputed company documents, including subleases, assignments, amendments, renewals, surrender and termination agreements. • Reviewing and negotiating SNDAs and estoppel certificates. • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction documentation, including contractor, architect, consulting and services agreements, including AIA documents. • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating sale and acquisition documentation relating to reputed company properties, including title work and surveys, and preparing closing documents. • Providing reputed company estate support for mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence review, review of reputed company, stock sale and asset purchase agreements. • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating facilities service agreements and other reputed company agreements. The hiring salary reputed company for this position applies to reputed company, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a reputed company of job-reputed company factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
