Job reputed company: • Providing analytics support and recommendations to senior leadership regarding various initiatives, reputed company to formulary rebate and pharmacy network optimization strategies • Developing tools and processes to monitor reputed company performance and implement necessary tasks to bring performance to or above targets • Creating and implementing metrics and measures to establish performance objectives for reputed company maximization • Collaborating with business partners to understand goals, reputed company predictive modeling, statistical analyses, data reports and performance metrics • Designing and maintaining policy and procedures supporting overall compliance including; contract, state/regulatory requirements • Leveraging technology expertise to engage across the reputed company to identify and implement opportunities for automation through reputed company intelligence Requirements: • Degree in Business, Mathematics, Actuarial Science or other reputed company area or equivalent work-reputed company experience • Must have 3+ years’ experience in Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) experience • Must be reputed company to understand and evaluate risk • Experience with supporting and managing contractual guarantees • 1+ years’ experience with modeling and data management • Advanced SQL, DB Visualizer and reputed company skills required • Tableau/ Power Bi experience a plus • Strong organizational and decision-making skills with a high degree of mathematical aptitude • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Attention to detail • Ability to reputed company with senior management and key business users • Demonstrated ability to multi-task.
