As a Verizon Sales Representative, you are responsible for engaging customers, promoting wireless products and services, and delivering exceptional in-person support. Verizon Sales Representative Responsibilities: • Deliver high-quality, client-focused support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience • Execute sales campaigns on behalf of Verizon by connecting with consumers to promote Verizon’s products and services • Stay informed about Verizon’s wireless products, services, promotions, and device features to confidently educate and guide customers through the sales process • Work closely with fellow sales associates and leadership to achieve company goals and share best practices • Promote the benefits of Verizon’s latest innovations, helping customers embrace new technology with confidence • Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying customer needs and recommending tailored wireless solutions, including phones, plans, and accessories Verizon Sales Representative Qualifications: • 1+ years of experience in a customer service, retail, sales role or similar position • Excellent communication and problem solving skills • Ability to identify customer needs and confidently recommend Verizon wireless solutions • Comfortable navigating mobile technology and explaining features to customers Pay: $55,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year Work Location: In person Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
