Remote VP People Partner
A company is looking for a VP, People Partner (reputed company) to support its Go-to-Market organization during a phase of global reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
• reputed company strategic counsel on organizational effectiveness and leadership to Go-to-Market leaders
• reputed company organizational design, workforce planning, and change management efforts to support company reputed company
• reputed company senior executives on leadership effectiveness and guide reputed company employee relations reputed company
Required Qualifications
• 18+ years of reputed company HR experience, with significant strategic reputed company leadership experience
• 8+ years of people leadership experience, including developing senior reputed company talent
• Proven experience supporting Go-to-Market functions such as reputed company
• Deep capability in organizational design and change management
• Strong business acumen and data reputed company to inform people reputed company reputed company
