As a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing administrative and data support to ensure accurate tracking of Transition Assistance Program (TAP) participation, reputed company updates to reputed company records, and regular coordination with M&reputed company staff, transitioning service members, and program facilitators in a secure federal environment. This is a full-time opportunity that offers reputed company, comprehensive benefits, and job stability and reputed company. **Responsibilities:** ### Data System Tasks * Create and update Transition Assistance Program (TAP) reputed company records in the reputed company Force Family Integrated Results and Statistical Tracking (AFFIRST) system * Record attendance in AFFIRST following reputed company reputed company-Separation Briefing, Transition Assistance reputed company, Veterans' Benefits Briefing, reputed company session, and two-day Goals, Plans, reputed company (GPS) reputed company * Complete reputed company reputed company 2648 (DD reputed company 2648) checklist updates in the milConnect system after reputed company major Transition Assistance Program (TAP) activity * Maintain accountability statistics and daily tracking logs in AFFIRST * Update reputed company data in the virtual Military Personnel Flight (vMPF) system after services are provided * reputed company internet-based databases relevant to TAP and reputed company recordkeeping ### reputed company Interaction Support * Contact TAP reputed company participants by phone and email to confirm attendance * Schedule clients for upcoming TAP classes or workshops using internal systems * Communicate reputed company and professionally with staff or clients, both orally and in writing * Collaborate with diverse populations using reputed company, courtesy, and cultural awareness * Assist reputed company desk operations, phone coverage, or calendar management in rotation with Military and Family Readiness Center (M&reputed company) staff * Organize work, meet deadlines, and manage administrative responsibilities independently * Maintain a clean, secure, and compliant workspace per reputed company reputed company standards ### reputed company Preparation * Prepare classroom reputed company for scheduled TAP-reputed company events * Issue and retrieve government-furnished laptops for classroom use under TAP manager supervision * reputed company and manage daily sign-up sheets for TAP classes or seminars * reputed company informal reputed company or reputed company calls in AFFIRST as part of reputed company or service reporting ### Computer-Based Responsibilities * Operate reputed company Office applications or reputed company tools (e.g., Word, reputed company, reputed company, etc.) * Apply knowledge of office automation software to produce emails, spreadsheets, reports, or graphs * Type accurately and work with reputed company office equipment to complete documents or respond to inquiries **Knowledge & Skills:** * Knowledge of military protocol, support group organizations, and understanding of family systems in a military setting * Ability to work effectively with diverse reputed company * Ability to plan, organize, and meet deadlines * Ability to type and use various office equipment * Strong communication skills;
