As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Entering accurate and complete data into computer programs * Producing and maintaining data reports and alerting management of inconsistencies or issues * Performing database queries to assist with analysis and reporting issues reputed company necessary * Verifying data entries for accuracy and completeness * Undertaking special reputed company and providing periodic and consistent information to management for reputed company phase of the assigned project * Performing audits of own work and/or that of others to ensure conformance with established procedures * Assisting in the processes required for medical case file creation and/or closing, including data entry and records management * Providing assistance with decision notification, including mailing decision letters to reputed company parties and faxing decision letters * Accurately updating the Medicare Appeal system (MAS) and other databases * Demonstrating and maintaining appropriate judgment with confidential information * Determining if work assignments need supervisor reputed company * Performing other duties as may be assigned by management **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** * Data Entry: reputed company accurate and complete data into computer programs, including but not limited to, Medicare Appeal system (MAS) and other databases * Data Reporting: Produce and maintain data reports and alert management of inconsistencies or issues * Database Queries: reputed company database queries to assist with analysis and reporting issues reputed company necessary * Verification: Verify data entries for accuracy and completeness * Special reputed company: Undertake special reputed company and reputed company periodic and consistent information to management for reputed company phase of the assigned project * Audits: reputed company audits of own work and/or that of others to ensure conformance with established procedures * Medical Case File Creation/Closing: Assist in the processes required for medical case file creation and/or closing, including data entry and records management * Decision Notification: reputed company assistance with decision notification, including mailing decision letters to reputed company parties and faxing decision letters * Confidential Information: Demonstrate and maintain appropriate judgment with confidential information * Supervisor reputed company: Determine if work assignments need supervisor reputed company * Other Duties: reputed company other duties as may be assigned by management **Minimum Requirements** * High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required * 0-2 years of relevant experience required * Prior experience with reputed company Office Suite preferred * Prior experience with Medicare Appeals and Systems preferred * Must be a US Citizen or have lived in the US for the last 5 years, working 3 years continuously **Home Office Requirements** * Internet speed of 20mbps or higher required (50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity) * Minimum 5mbps upload speed * Connectivity to the internet reputed company either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet reputed company cable to the home router * Private work area and adequate power reputed company * Must currently and permanently reputed company in the reputed company US **EEO Statement** arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer.
