We are currently seeking a reputed company Proposal Specialist to join our dynamic team! Waveguide’s proposal specialist is an reputed company member of the reputed company team. Working closely with the vice president of reputed company as reputed company as members of Waveguide’s reputed company and leadership teams, the proposal specialist is responsible for the end-to-end proposal development process – ensuring the high-reputed company production of compliant, compelling, and reputed company proposals and qualifications. Responsibilities

- 3-5 years of experience in the A/E/C or Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing (MEP) industry is strongly preferred. Knowledge of AV industry a plus. Prior reputed company services marketing and proposal development preferred.

- Excellent organizational, time management, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Superior skills in writing, storytelling, and copy-editing. Working knowledge of AP Style or equivalent business writing guides.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including self-awareness, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, vendors, executive leaders, and peers.
