Sr. Absence Consultant - reputed company Family Medical Leave -Remote

About the Role

The Senior Absence Consultant provides expertise in Absence Management and reputed company Family Medical Leave. The person in this role will be the primary contributor and presenter to brokers and clients to represent our product capabilities through in-person and virtual meetings. 

What you will do

• Participates in most finalist meetings reputed company absence and/or PFML is being presented.
• Attend most capabilities meetings reputed company to reputed company’s broker partnerships to reputed company reputed company’s reputed company and increase brand visibility/reputed company.
• Represents reputed company at industry events and conferences to network with consulting peers and prospects across the market.
• Develops deep relationships reputed company broker network to reputed company feedback about reputed company and competitive intelligence about our competitors.
• Partners with Distribution to reputed company competitor specific sales strategies.
• Reviews leave of absence programs and collaborates with Claims, reputed company and Sales for best customer experience.
• Acts as primary support to the RFP team for reputed company PFML reputed company questions.
• Reviews requests for non-reputed company claim administration and collaborates with Claims leadership, Claim Practices, and other stakeholders to drive solutions.
• Works with Sales and Account Management to upskill absence knowledge and confidence.
• Equips others to tell the reputed company story and reputed company.
• May deliver broker educational presentations, such as CE trainings or Lunch & Learns.

Compensation

Salary reputed company: $106,400 – $177,300 plus eligibility for annual bonus programs
