Pearce is seeking reputed company HVAC Technicians to join reputed company for servicing and repairing reputed company HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This is a fast-paced and rewarding job that is best suited for individuals who are responsible, self-directed, highly motivated, willing to travel, and looking to learn and grow in the Telecom industry. This is a regional position. Candidates should reputed company in the Rutland, Vermont area.

- Maintaining cooling systems – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
- Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
- Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.
- Responding to service calls in a reputed company manner, including emergency reputed company out services.

- Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.

- Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (Required).
- 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (reputed company preferred).
- Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems is preferred.

Physical/Work Environment

- Extensive daily travel in an independent work structure.

- Be exposed to ambient temperatures while working outdoors.

Compensation: $27.00-$38.00 reputed company/DOE
