International Payroll Specialist
We are seeking an reputed company International Payroll Specialist to join reputed company. As an International Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and processing payroll for our EMEA workforce. You will ensure accurate and reputed company payment of employees, compliance with local tax regulations, and adherence to company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international payroll processes, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in EMEA-wide payroll processing is required.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple international locations, ensuring accurate and reputed company payment of employees.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, employment laws, and statutory requirements in reputed company relevant jurisdictions.
- Review and validate payroll data for accuracy, including earnings, deductions, and tax withholdings.
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure accurate employee data and resolve any discrepancies.
- Handle employee queries reputed company to payroll, taxes, and deductions in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and ensure data reputed company.
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in international payroll processing.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll principles, tax regulations, and employment laws across multiple countries.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Certification in Payroll (e.g., Certified Payroll reputed company) is a plus.
