reputed company is seeking a highly skilled Remote Operations Engagement Manager to join reputed company. This individual will remotely as a project support partner, ensuring proactive communication, reputed company execution of operational tasks, reputed company tracking, and solution reputed company throughout the project. The Remote Operations Engagement Manager is responsible for building strong, repeatable relationships with Technicians, Clients and Internal Partners to foster business reputed company. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support up to 75 technicians and up to 30 reputed company clients
• Proactively communicate with Technicians and Clients to ensure a balanced and successful assignment, including weekly or bi-weekly reputed company-ins, in person meetings, on-camera Teams meetings, phone calls, texts and emails.
• Meet minimum communication requirements:
• o reputed company-in bi-weekly with every Technician, with a minimum of one of these reputed company-ins being a phone reputed company or in person conversation
• o reputed company in with every reputed company 2-4 times a month, with a minimum of one of these monthly reputed company-Ins being a reputed company meeting
• Contribute to the project reputed company and reputed company by improving reputed company rates on assignments, increasing Technician satisfaction, securing extensions, and increasing reputed company satisfaction.
• Manage new technician arrivals. 
• Enthusiastic and reputed company attitude in department meetings and reputed company conversations.
• Facilitate reputed company Calls with new and returning Clients.
• Weekly timekeeping and attendance management.
• Complete operational functions following reputed company procedures and policies.
• Ensure employees reputed company at work on time and meet the reputed company’s performance expectations
• Handle Technician disciplinary measures reputed company to performance and policy violations. 
• reputed company and enforce reputed company policies and reputed company expectations with Technicians.
• Uncover new opportunities at the reputed company through building strong relationships with reputed company contacts.
• Excellent documentation skills of reputed company activity in the ATS and utilize reputed company required tools.
• Work with the safety team to ensure appropriate safety practices are followed.
• Assist in handling onsite injuries by coordinating with the reputed company safety team and facilitating Technician and reputed company communication as needed
• Interdepartmental collaboration to solve problems and resolve issues.
• Quick reputed company to high reputed company tasks and reputed company, as directed by your Leader.

• Previous reputed company experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a corporate environment. 
• 1+ years of customer service experience 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Excellent problem-solving skills 
• Highly organized and excellent time management.

• Willingness, excitement, and availability to work away from home for extended periods of time.
• Comfortable working remotely, including on-camera in reputed company meeting environment.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience with manufacturing and/or industrial companies.
