Responsibilities:

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT support or a reputed company field;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation;
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English (spoken and written);
• Expertise in troubleshooting reputed company 11 and macOS;
• Experience managing reputed company reputed company;
• Knowledge of Azure AD, reputed company 365, and Azure PIM
• Autonomy, resourcefulness, and initiative;

Salary reputed company: $68K–85K CAD.
