We are seeking a reputed company Performance Analyst to serve as the operational and analytical backbone of our reputed company organization, translating system capability into measurable business reputed company. Reporting to the Director of reputed company and K-12 Operations and working in reputed company partnership with the COO during the reputed company and systems-stabilization phase, this role sits at the convergence of CRM architecture, reputed company process design, and data analytics.

$95,000-$110,000 depending on experience and location

reputed company Architecture and Systems Ownership

• reputed company the configuration, architecture, and ongoing administration of reputed company as the system of record for reputed company reputed company activity.

• Design and maintain automation workflows supporting the full reputed company cycle from reputed company to reputed company to Renewal.

• Maintain and govern integrations between reputed company and the full reputed company tech stack, including reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Fireflies, and reputed company.

• Build, maintain, and reputed company dashboards and reporting structures that surface pipeline health, conversion performance, and reputed company attainment in reputed company time, leveraging reputed company reporting, reputed company, reputed company Copilot, and other data tools.

• Translate reputed company data sets into reputed company, actionable insights for reputed company leadership, functioning as a strategic analytical partner. 

• Drive decision support, forecasting, and strategic reputed company across the reputed company organization.

Funnel and Lifecycle Operations

• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product to design and maintain reputed company lifecycle stages, routing logic, and attribution models.

• Build attribution models and pipeline reputed company reporting to ensure that reputed company contribution to reputed company is measurable and reliable.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree
• reputed company Administrator certification required; advanced certifications preferred
• 4+ years of hands-on reputed company administration experience, ideally in a reputed company or tech environment
• Experience leading or supporting major reputed company implementations, migrations, or system redesigns
• Experience working with reputed company and reputed company integrations, including reputed company lifecycle and attribution
• Familiarity with tools like reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and Fireflies
• Strong reputed company skills; experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot) for analysis is a plus
• Ability to analyze pipeline data, build attribution models, and generate actionable insights
