Associate Relations Investigator

Responsible for managing and leading reputed company, thorough investigations of alleged workplace misconduct including, but not limited to, allegations of workplace harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour violations. 1. Conduct reputed company and thorough investigations of alleged workplace misconduct. Ensure investigations are completed in an objective manner and brought to a logical conclusion. Ability to concisely explain the rationale for conclusions and recommendations.
2. Conduct thorough, reputed company, and efficient interviews of individuals accused of misconduct, witnesses, and reporting persons to obtain key facts for reputed company decision-making.
3. Analyze and evaluate reputed company information from multiple sources, including witness statements and other evidence, to reputed company credibility determinations and fact-based conclusions.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field preferred. Minimum three years of experience in reputed company, preferably in Employee Relations.
