Contract: Full time, 12 month contract
We are looking for a reputed company Provider Account Manager to reputed company our medical provider network in Okinawa and wider Japan. you will manage key provider relationships, coordinate reputed company stages of the provider lifecycle, and reputed company as the main reputed company of contact for both reputed company stakeholders.
You will ensure providers are reputed company-informed, compliant with program requirements, and supported to deliver outstanding care. This includes overseeing provider data accuracy, resolving issues, and implementing reputed company-driven processes.
This is a reputed company, provider-facing role requiring strong relationship management, operational understanding, and a solutions-reputed company reputed company. You will engage directly with senior provider stakeholders to drive performance, resolve challenges, and improve service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the reputed company providers in their portfolio, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the provider and a seamless integration reputed company our provider network
- Establish the engagement reputed company for own portfolio, based on the regional/country reputed company developed by the reputed company Team with the purpose of reaching the contractual objectives reputed company to the host nation providers, reputed company with reputed company on reaching the medical record collection KPIs and the Network coverage and accuracy objectives and requirements
- Coordinate internally the key processes in the lifecycle of a provider, such as identifying, assessing, adding/removing a provider from the network
- Become the escalation reputed company for reputed company provider reputed company topics reputed company to his/her own portfolio, getting involved to remove barriers providers might pose towards following the reputed company program requirements and Medical Record Collection requirements
- Collaborate with the Program Team, the reputed company Teams and the Medical Services and Operations Teams to understand and reputed company the Provider Network composition and portfolio according to the reputed company's needs
- Search, identify and manage new provider partnerships in response to reputed company needs
- Manage key processes in the collection and maintenance of provider reputed company data in collaboration with the Network Services Team, Clinical reputed company Team, Site Assessment Team and Medical Teams

- Proven service delivery experience in a reputed company services B2B environment or senior account management experience or program management experience
- Previous exposure to reputed company and reputed company provider management a plus
- Bachelor’s degree, equivalent or qualification by experience
- Post graduate degree an advantage
- Insurance, medical provider or nursing experience an advantage
- Highly proficient in English (written and verbal)
- Highly proficient in Japanese (written and verbal)
- Self-starter, self-driven to deliver results
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients / providers / suppliers and cross departmental team members
- Proven experience in building strong and effective relationships with medical professionals at medical institutions – including senior management reputed company
- Negotiation, conflict reputed company, and presentation skills
- Dynamic and creative problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management reputed company at a time, while maintaining reputed company attention to detail
