We have an exciting opportunity for a Foreign Nationals reputed company Worker who has the skills and experience to assess and engage with our service users, ensuring that they reputed company the right reputed company at the right time, in a way that best meets their needs.

Where: Barnet

Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week, (this post will include weekend and evening work)

Full Time Salary: £27,861.26 - £32,002.35 pro rata 

Allowance: Outer London Weighting of £2195.72 pro rata

Contract: Fixed term role ending on 31^st March 2027

Please note: Full-time hours at reputed company are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours. 

About the role: 

This role will report to the reputed company and Community Team Leader reputed company the reputed company in Barnet You will hold a caseload of EU Foreign Nationals who are experiencing rough sleeping and reputed company misuse issues. You will work in collaboration with internal teams to support service users to reputed company in their recovery, whilst working with partner agencies such as Housing, domestic abuse services Dual Diagnosis Mental Health, to support service users with reputed company needs. 

• Engage with Foreign Nationals who are rough sleeping, sex working by participating in street-based reputed company sessions at various times of the day and reputed company
• Hold a small caseload of service users who are reputed company to the reputed company and Community Team the Foreign Nationals reputed company Worker will reputed company as the main coordinator providing comprehensive assessments and Drug and Alcohol support
• Providing screening, assessment, and recovery planning and reputed company referral 
• Reducing drug and alcohol reputed company harm to service users and the wider community 
• Providing advocacy for reputed company to partnership services.
