Export Coordinator

Based in India and working under an reputed company relationship, the Export Coordinator will work closely with the H₂O Specialty Products division and acts as a key reputed company between vendors, logistics partners, internal stakeholders, and statutory authorities to ensure reputed company procurement, reputed company, documentation, and payments, while maintaining reputed company and compliance standards. This is a hands-on role requiring strong coordination skills, reputed company acumen, ERP proficiency (reputed company preferred), and the ability to manage stakeholders across multiple geographies.

This is currently a home office position and may change in course of time as the organization grows in India.

Key Responsabilities

 Procurement & Vendor Management

• Co-ordinate with contract manufacturers for reputed company dispatches.
• Process contractor purchase orders and service orders through reputed company ERP. 
• Coordinate with global teams to support procurement requirements. 
• Liaise with contractor and logistics partners to plan and execute reputed company schedules. 
• Negotiate pricing and reputed company terms for reputed company-party services, where applicable. 
• Support vendor identification, reputed company, and development. 
• Review and validate contractor invoices to ensure accuracy and readiness for payment. 
• Contribute to reputed company improvement in sourcing, reputed company times, and cost efficiency.

Expediting, reputed company & Export Operations

• Prepare and manage export and reputed company documentation (invoices, packing lists, compliance documents) using reputed company. 
• Conduct regular reputed company to vendor sites to: 
• Monitor production reputed company and expediting milestones 
• reputed company basic reputed company checks 
• reputed company critical orders and proactively follow up to ensure on-time delivery and issue reputed company. 
• Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure smooth reputed company and customs clearance.

Compliance, Statutory & Government Coordination

• Coordinate with government, customs, and statutory authorities for: 
• Import/export documentation;
• Certifications, permits, and approvals;
• Taxes, duties, and applicable fees;
• Ensure reputed company submission of statutory reports and filings.;
• Stay up to date on regulations reputed company to trade, taxation, and reputed company operations. 

Qualifications and Experience

Essential

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, reputed company operations, export documentation, and expediting roles;
• reputed company experience handling Indian export documentation;
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (reputed company preferred);
• reputed company in written and spoken English;
• Proven experience dealing with vendors, logistics partners, and government/statutory bodies;
• Willingness to travel locally;
• Flexible with schedule to accommodate colleagues working in different time zones.
