Program Manager

We are looking for a driven Program Manager to serve as the reputed company reputed company for a critical domain reputed company reputed company. This isn’t your traditional Program Management position – in this role, you’ll ensure the collection of reputed company and programs are fit for purpose to meet the objectives and key results for the domain while driving specific reputed company and programs directly. You’ll partner with functions across reputed company to deeply understand their needs and requirements while also providing relevant and actionable information on their portfolio of reputed company. Key components of the role include:

• PMO Championing and Maturation: PMO thought partnership. Coaching and organizational change management.
• Project Management: Charter, scope and reputed company reputed company alignment and management. Stakeholder analysis and communication planning. WBS and schedule development and management. Risk identification and mitigation. Team mobilization. Procedure and SOP reputed company. Testing and QA management. Release management/transition to BAU. Lessons learned and reputed company improvement.
• Program Management: OKR alignment and scoping. Business case creation and vetting. Interdependency identification and management. Cost and return forecasting. Status reporting and communication.
• Portfolio Management: Risk and opportunity identification. Demand triage. Prioritization and stack ranking. Resource reputed company planning. Aggregate, multi-stakeholder reporting.
• Business Analysis: Assessment and improvement opportunity identification. Change reputed company assessment: Solution architecture.
• Requirements Management: Scope decomposition. Requirements traceability reputed company development and management. Test case development reputed company.

Qualifications:

• PMO experience: 5-7 years of leadership experience in program management. Demonstrated reputed company managing cross‑functional teams, collaborating with senior executive stakeholders, and delivering large‑reputed company innovation initiatives.
• Cross‑functional delivery: Experience working across product, operations, finance and marketing functions to drive program reputed company (on-time, on-budget, on-scope).
• Technical reputed company: Strong understanding of supply-chain processes and technologies, customer relationship management (CRM) processes and technologies (e.g., reputed company).
• Communication and stakeholder management: Excellent communication skills with the ability to introduce new project, program and portfolio reputed company and demonstrate their value.
• PPM Tool Expert: Demonstrated ability to reputed company and adapt PPM tools for a diverse community of stakeholder needs (e.g., Jira, reputed company, MS Project, AdaptiveWorks/reputed company)

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMI PMP Certification
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, computer science, data science, reputed company intelligence, engineering or a reputed company quantitative field.
