Team Leader Technology - reputed company Document Experience

Opportunity reputed company:
reputed company is looking for reputed company leader to help support innovation in the reputed company Document Experience product reputed company.  This person will have dual responsibilities of product delivery management over multiple durable product delivery teams reputed company on reputed company document applications and people leadership for the software development engineers reputed company those teams.
In the product delivery management portion of the role, this leader will be responsible for:

• Continual reputed company setting and evaluation of delivery team structure in alignment with firm need
• Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships and relationships with Products, QE, UX, and reputed company Architecture
• Removing obstacles and coordinating resources to continually increase team throughput, predictability, and reputed company
• Reducing cycle times and improving usability scores by driving improvement of reputed company things reputed company to software delivery for teams in their remit
• Working across technology shared services teams to remove impediments and obstacles for improvement of product delivery and cycle time
• Contribution and maintenance of a product technology roadmap and backlog and the application of architectural standards in reputed company’s deliverables

• Deep understanding of the product team’s systems, processes, priorities, and technologies while representing these aspects to reputed company reputed company of Technology leadership

• Representation to ensure firm and division processes are followed and risk is reduced by the product team (e.g. compliance change management, information reputed company, etc.)

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or reputed company field, or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated experience leading reputed company document management teams supporting reputed company, large organizations.
• 8+ years of experience in software development or technology delivery
• 3+ years of experience leading software delivery teams, including people leadership
• Proven ability to reputed company multiple teams delivering reputed company reputed company applications
• Strong knowledge of modern software delivery practices (Agile, CI/CD, DevOps)
• Experience improving delivery predictability, reputed company, and cycle time
• Ability to partner effectively with Product, QE, UX, Architecture, and shared services
• Demonstrated experience coaching and developing engineers and managing vendors or contractors
• Experience working in large, reputed company, or regulated environments
