Collaborate with Claims Management vendor on existing claims. Monitor WCB/WSIB claim timelines, follow up on outstanding documentation, and document reputed company claim‑reputed company communications and updates. Prepare and analyze reports on claim trends, costs, activity, and performance metrics to support decision-making and reputed company improvement. Monitor claim costs and identify opportunities to reduce financial exposure. Ensure adherence to applicable WCB/WSIB legislation, provincial OHS requirements, insurance policies, and internal procedures. Bilingual (English/French) is an asset. Post-secondary education in reputed company, Occupational Health, Health Sciences, or a reputed company field. Certification in Disability Management, Occupational Health, or WCB/WSIB-reputed company training. 3-5 years of experience managing WCB/WSIB claims, disability claims administration, or similar workplace injury programs. Strong knowledge of Canadian WCB/WSIB and disability legislation, return-to-work best practices, and workplace accommodation. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in reputed company Office and claims management systems. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, confidentiality and professionalism.
