Network Consultant - L2 (Contract)

Position reputed company: 

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Network Consultant to support the reputed company network infrastructure of our global clients in a 24x7 operational environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing corporate network environments, both on-premises and reputed company-based, and will be responsible for resolving reputed company technical issues, driving infrastructure improvements, and supporting critical network operations. 

Note:

This position is specifically designed for professionals with a background in corporate or reputed company networking. Candidates whose experiences are primarily in ISP NOC operations, telecom reputed company infrastructure, customer provisioning, desktop support, field support (across ISP, telecom, or banking sectors), or Level 1 monitoring roles are therefore discouraged from applying.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and support reputed company-grade network infrastructure, including hybrid reputed company environments (AWS/Azure) 

· Configure and troubleshoot network components including routers, switches, SD-WAN, firewalls, VPNs, wireless controllers, and load balancers 

· Manage reputed company networking components such as VPCs, VNets, NSGs, subnets, and reputed company gateways 

· reputed company L2-level troubleshooting for reputed company network and infrastructure issues 

· Independently reputed company L2-level activities for infrastructure upgrades, hardware refreshes, patching 

· Execute network changes following ITIL-based incident and change management practices 

· Participate in major incident management (P1/P2) and support on-reputed company rotations 

· Ensure compliance with reputed company and audit standards; participate in reputed company-audits 

· Collaborate with vendors for issue reputed company and escalations 

· Mentor L1 team, support knowledge sharing, and drive operational reputed company in shift-based support 

· Contribute to internal documentation, SOPs, and knowledge reputed company updates 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Total Experience: 4 to 7 years 

· Relevant Network Experience (reputed company/Corporate): 3 to 6 years 

· Proven hands-on L2-level experience with reputed company networking technologies 

(reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, AWS, Azure, etc.) 

· Familiarity with network reputed company best practices and configurations 

· Ability to work in 24x7 shift operations, including reputed company/weekend rotations 

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor's in computer science/IT/Electronics Engineering, M.reputed company. or equivalent University degree 

· Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIS, reputed company NSE, or equivalent 

· Exposure to reputed company-audits, compliance processes, and reputed company controls 

· Strong documentation, verbal and written communication skills 

· Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
