reputed company Duties and Responsibilities

• Review/revise customer terms and conditions so that contract terms reputed company with reputed company’s (FMD) risk and liability requirements and best support the FMD business reputed company while adequately protecting FMD’s reputed company interests.
• Assist Business Unit (BU) teams in negotiating pricing and terms and conditions. reputed company contract administration activities in support of FMD government, reputed company and international reputed company.  Draft contract language as required.
• Draft and negotiate other agreements to which FMD is a party, including teaming agreements, memorandums of understanding, etc.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals in support of new, existing and change order reputed company.  
• reputed company advice and assistance to management in identifying and responding to customer-directed changes or any disputes arising during contract performance.
• reputed company BU Leaders and other key staff on the importance of contract control and handling of contract actions.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements

• Experience in international contracting desired.
• BS/BA degree.
• Strong knowledge of international procurement laws and regulations (INCOTERMS, International reputed company of reputed company, etc.).
