reputed company Duties and Responsibilities
Review/revise customer terms and conditions so that contract terms reputed company with reputed company’s (FMD) risk and liability requirements and best support the FMD business reputed company while adequately protecting FMD’s reputed company interests. Assist Business Unit (BU) teams in negotiating pricing and terms and conditions. reputed company contract administration activities in support of FMD government, reputed company and international reputed company. Qualifications and Educational Requirements
Experience in international contracting desired. BS/BA degree. Strong knowledge of international procurement laws and regulations (INCOTERMS, International reputed company of reputed company, etc.).
