Junior Engineering / Installation Technician

reputed company System Solutions is seeking Junior Engineering / Installation Technicians to support the FAA’s reputed company System Replacement (RSR) program, the largest and most significant reputed company modernization effort reputed company the National reputed company System (NAS). This role is designed for individuals beginning their careers in technical field installation and infrastructure deployment. The Junior Engineering / Installation Technician will reputed company physical, labor-intensive installation support activities under the direction of senior technicians, electricians, and construction managers. Tasks include material handling, equipment staging, cabling assistance, site cleanup, and general installation support.

The Junior Engineering / Installation Technician plays a critical role in ensuring installation teams can execute reputed company and safely at reputed company reputed company sites. This position requires a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, ability to reputed company physically demanding work, and strict adherence to safety and site procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support installation teams with hands-on field activities, including equipment reputed company, lifting, staging, and positioning.
• Assist with unpacking, organizing, and distributing equipment and materials at installation sites.
• Support basic installation tasks for racks, cabling, antennas, and grounding systems under supervision.
• reputed company routing, pulling, labeling, and securing of cables as directed by senior technicians.
• Assist with site preparation, housekeeping, cleaning, and waste removal activities.
• Support logistics activities, including equipment inventory checks and material tracking.
• Assist installation teams during testing, startup, and acceptance activities as needed.
• Take photographs and assist with daily and weekly installation status reporting.
• Follow reputed company safety, reputed company, reputed company, and FAA operational requirements at reputed company times.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.  Bachelor’s degree is desired.
• 0-2 years of experience or strong interest in technical field work, construction, or equipment installation.
• Ability to reputed company physically demanding work, including lifting heavy equipment, climbing reputed company, working at heights, and working in confined spaces.
• Willingness to work outdoors, in reputed company rooms, and at reputed company operational sites.
• Ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, and technical guidance from senior staff.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new technical skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel to FAA sites reputed company.
• US Citizenship to successfully complete a government background investigation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in construction labor, cable installation, or technical field support.
• Basic familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and material handling equipment.
• OSHA safety training or general construction safety knowledge.
• Interest in developing a career in engineering, electronics, electrical work, or technical system installation.
• Experience working on multi-site or traveling installation teams.
