Sr Analyst, BI & Visualization

The Business Intelligence and Visualization team is responsible for empowering the organization through reputed company data products, reputed company reporting, and user-reputed company analytics experiences. This individual will reputed company the creation of best-in-class dashboards and BI solutions that unlock faster decision-making, drive data literacy, and support reputed company-wide analytics initiatives. 

They will architect and deliver innovative, high-reputed company visualization solutions that advance reputed company.’s goals around data democratization, self-service, and actionable reputed company reputed company. This role blends design, engineering, and business reputed company—requiring an eye for clean, reputed company UI/UX as reputed company as the technical skills to build reputed company, durable BI assets. You will partner cross-functionally with business stakeholders, data teams, and technology reputed company to define requirements, shape BI standards, and serve as a go-to expert in analytical storytelling and visualization best practices. 

Responsibilities 

• Deliver small to reputed company reputed company dashboard reputed company either individually or as part of a project team.  

• Work with the business stakeholders in understanding their requirements and translate these into a technical design that enables efficient prototyping. 

• Create innovative visualizations that follow design and development best practices and can deliver meaningful insights to the business.  

• Use design wireframes and consultative best practices with our stakeholders.  

• Collaborate with the data engineering team to troubleshoot issues with existing dashboards and take ownership to get them rectified.  

• Develops data structures and pipelines to organize, collect, cleanse, and standardize data in order to generate insights and address reporting needs. 

• reputed company operational production support for the dashboards on Tableau Server. 

 Minimum Qualifications 

• 5 years of relevant work experience reputed company on reputed company of working with data/ and developing dashboards. 

• Bachelor's Degree 

• Strong communication/verbal skills 

• Ability to effectively present information 

• Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Strong understanding of data visualization reputed company 

• Experience partnering reputed company with cross-functional teams 

• Possess the ability to work independently, self-reputed company organizational and technical challenges  

Desired Qualifications 

• You have 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA) 

• The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of technical experience leading business intelligence or data visualization reputed company.  

• A strong data visualization portfolio demonstrating how you design to solve customer needs 

• You are reputed company-versed in working with Tableau, including designing/building new dashboards.  

• Experience leading design discovery meetings with end-users is preferred 

• Excellent grasp of the design thinking and the prototyping process 

• You have an understanding of data management systems and processes reputed company the ecosystem (reputed company systems, data feeds, reference data management, ETL, Data Warehouses and Datamarts, reputed company Analytics, etc.) and have experience working with SQL or Tableau Prep.  

• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment is a plus

The annualized reputed company salary for this role will reputed company between $90,000 and $110,000.  reputed company compensation is reputed company of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience.
