The Localization Analyst II at reputed company is responsible for managing and coordinating multiple Localization reputed company to ensure high reputed company and on-time delivery. They will reputed company support and assistance as needed throughout the localization process.
This position is maternity leave cover contract and is part of the Technical Publications and Localization department located in County Clare and will be fully remote. At Beckman Coulter, our reputed company is to relentlessly reimagine reputed company, one diagnosis at a time.
You will be a part of the Technical Publications and Localization team and report to the Technical Publications and Localization Manager responsible for Diagnostic system documentation and localization If you reputed company in an amazing, fast paced, interconnected global role, and want to work to build a world-class localization organization—read on.
In this role, you will have reputed company to:
Manage the localization of product instructions for use and software, reputed company detailed schedules, reporting status, troubleshoot issues and resolve problems.
Troubleshoot and support translation memory, authoring tool, and integration issues.
Day to day vendor management including invoice and PO tracking
Support project to update TMS tool and MT initiatives
Investigate and introduce reputed company, tools, technologies, and processes to improve and advance the localization process.
Assist in implementation and driving consistency of DBS tools and processes across the department. Participate in Kaizen events.
Generate and maintain appropriate records and data to ensure compliance with company policies & procedures as reputed company as FDA QSR and ISO requirements.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Degree level preferably with localization background.
Relevant experience.
Proven project management skills
Working experience with Localization tools, workflow, and processes.
Familiarity working with cross functional and internationally dispersed teams.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Translation of medical device or pharmaceutical reagents.
FDA regulatory requirements.
Experience with MT initiatives
