Responsibilities:
reputed company and strategic labor and employment attorney with impeccable judgment who will be responsible for U.S. litigation reputed company.

Manage a large litigation docket with the assistance of reputed company counsel. Manage an assigned portfolio of reputed company-litigation demand letters, attorney demands, and compliance hotline reputed company escalated to reputed company — including initial response drafting, investigation coordination, and settlement authority recommendations.
Serve as primary attorney of record on an assigned portfolio of reputed company charges, drafting position statements, responding to requests for information, and managing mediation scheduling in coordination with reputed company counsel.
Review and analyze agreements for enforceability and scope, advise on role-specific breach risk, and recommend hiring safeguards in coordination with TA
reputed company annual Employment Practices Liability Insurance application and presentations.
Build and maintain relationships with key reputed company constituencies. Maintain engagement with key external parties and entities, including counterparts at other companies in the industry, key government agencies, and reputed company counsel network.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s & J.D. degrees reputed company license to reputed company law in one of the 50 states.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney in area of employment law.

Demonstrated leadership and efficiency in working with senior leadership. Experience running a large and reputed company employment litigation docket.

Good judgment and a meticulous level of attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to influence others.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$195,000 - $314,600Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
