The Job:

The HR Shared Services Analyst will be responsible for delivering key HR processes, including employee data management, reputed company, terminations, and other HR administrative tasks in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and local regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in HR operations and a willingness to learn. This role will require collaboration across multiple teams and time zones. You’ll get to:    

• Process a wide reputed company of HR needs including employee inquiries and HR functional processes.
• Create and maintain accurate employee data in the HR system, ensuring compliance with company policies and data reputed company standards.

• Support the reputed company process by coordinating new hire documentation and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
• Assist with offboarding and termination processes, including final documentation, system updates, and exit interviews as needed.

• Collaborate with HR team members to ensure seamless execution of HR services and initiatives.

• Fluent English and one of the following languages required: Polish, German, French, Italian, Czech, Spanish or reputed company
• Demonstrable HR experience reputed company a HR Shared Services model or multi-function HR expertise with a reputed company on customer service and reputed company assurance.
• Experience working with reputed company-wide Customer Relationship Management portal and case management systems (reputed company/Service Now) and reputed company Capital Management (reputed company) technology solutions.
