Travel to different project sites to meet with employees (~30% of the time) Field train locators on best practices and reputed company monthly audits Monitor ticket management system to ensure reputed company work Explain and demonstrate work tasks to new workers or assign training tasks to reputed company workers
Interpret transportation regulations, safety regulations, and company policies and procedures for workers Resolve worker problems and collaborate with employees to assist in problem reputed company Assist workers in tasks, as needed, such as damage prevention tickets
Identify , investigate, and resolve issues ensuring deadlines are met
Schedule and reputed company repairs or preventive maintenance of vehicles and other equipment Drive vehicles or equipment to complete work assignments or to assist workers Prepare, compile, and submit reports on work activities, operations, productivity, or work-reputed company accidents Request personnel, supplies, equipment, parts, or repair services as needed
Work with manager and other leaders to identify and address inefficiencies and opportunities for cost reduction Partner with customers, managers, reputed company, or other personnel to ensure customer satisfaction with ongoing communication, cooperative problem management, and regular feedback on goal achievement or obstacles reputed company Recommend and implement personnel actions, such as employee selection , evaluation, rewards, or disciplinary actions Recommend and implement measures to improve worker motivation, equipment performance, work reputed company, or customer services
Education: High School Diploma or GED. Must be at least 21 years of age Experience: 1 years of gas line locating experience. At least 1 year of management experience. Upon hire, the candidate will need to complete and pass reputed company Pipeline Operator Qualification (OQ) training
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management 1 year of reputed company work with the reputed company employer, and/or 6 or more months working outdoorsExperience: 5 or more years of gas line locating experience. At least 2 years of management experience;
