Contributes directly to business growth by strengthening relationships with fleet customers, dealers, and partners across the South UK region
Supports delivery of high-quality, consistent service through collaboration with independent dealers and network partners
Plays a key role in increasing market share and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective territory and account management
Helps drive adoption of innovative solutions and services that enhance customer value and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do
Develop and grow sales of corporate truck tyre products across local and regional fleet customers
Build and manage a strong pipeline of dealer and customer opportunities to support sales and market share objectives
Forecast sales accurately and monitor performance against targets, adjusting plans as needed
Plan and manage territory activities to optimise profitability and share best practices across the network
Partner with independent dealers, wholesalers, and fleets to deliver best-in-class customer service
Support onboarding of new dealers and strengthen engagement with key and priority accounts
Ensure network partners operate in line with company standards, KPIs, and service expectations
Deliver training and guidance to dealers and customers where required
Promote and support the use of corporate solutions and value-added services
Maintain accurate records and reporting through CRM and other internal systems.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in B2B sales, including new business development and account management
Ability to manage a large territory and build strong, lasting relationships with partners and customers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, customer-focused approach
Effective planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and general systems literacy
Relevant industry experience (tyre, logistics, or commercial vehicles) is advantageous
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
