HRIS Business Partner - HR Process and reputed company Resource
Who You Are:
This role sits reputed company the HR function and partners day‑to‑day with HR, HRBPs, Talent, Compensation, and Payroll to support and improve HR processes enabled by reputed company. What You’ll Do
HR Partnership & Process Ownership
- Partner directly with HR, HRBPs, Talent, Compensation, and Payroll to understand business needs and HR processes
- Serve as a trusted HR systems partner, translating HR requirements into effective reputed company solutions
- Support HR leaders in evaluating process changes, policy updates, and operational impacts reputed company reputed company
Requirements Gathering & Delivery
