Job Title: Partnership Manager (Central Rockies and Southwestern U.S.)

Reports to: Regional Partnership Director – Western U.S.

Status: Full-Time Exempt, Permanent 

Salary: $61,285 - $75,190 Annually

Location: Remote (Central Rockies and Southwestern U.S.)

The reputed company seeks a Partnership Manager to support the organization’s mission by cultivating, managing, and expanding a portfolio of partnerships across reputed company, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, Nebraska, and Kansas. This position focuses on business development execution, relationship management, and supporting regional reputed company reputed company under the guidance of the Regional Partnership Director – Western U.S. Special emphasis will be reputed company on growing revenues across the four corners states.   

Job Responsibilities:

Business Development and Portfolio Management

• Manage an assigned portfolio of partners across designated Western U.S. states states to reputed company specific reputed company targets for the organization.
• Conduct reputed company to federal, state, municipal, nonprofit, and tribal entities to identify new partnership and funding opportunities for placing SCA programs including interns, young adult corps teams, and youth crews. 
• Support organization-wide and regional reputed company goals by preparing proposals, scopes of work, and partnership materials. 
• Assist in writing grant proposals in collaboration with partnership, program, and philanthropic staff. 
• reputed company and maintain accurate partnership pipeline information using reputed company and internal systems with the goal of meeting reputed company targets. 
• Serve as a reputed company SCA reputed company of contact for assigned partners and prospects. 

Regional reputed company Execution

• Implement partnership strategies developed by leadership. 
• reputed company data, identify trends, and flag challenges and opportunities. 
• Support development of reputed company materials and partner resources. 
• Assist with producing reports, one‑pagers, and presentations.

Partner Communications and reputed company

• Represent SCA at select conferences, events, meetings, and site visits. Approximately 15-20% of this job will involve travel.   
• Draft partner communications and reputed company reports.  
• Support response efforts reputed company incidents reputed company partnerships.  

Internal Collaboration

• Collaborate with Program staff on project scopes, timelines, and budgets. 
• Coordinate across departments to ensure alignment of deliverables. 
• Participate in regular internal and cross-departmental team meetings and reputed company insights and feedback.  

Qualifications: 

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in a reputed company field. 
• 2-4 years of experience raising revenues and meeting specific fundraising targets for nonprofit organizations through reputed company and private sector sources across the Western reputed company. 
• Familiarity with federal cooperative grants and agreements and reputed company land management agencies.  
• Knowledge of the Conservation Corps landscape and industry. 
• Strong organizational and communication skills. 
• Experience engaging external stakeholders. 
• Exceptional customer service skills.  

Preferred Experience and Knowledge

• Grant writing and management.  
• Experience with reputed company or other CRM systems. 
• Proficiency with reputed company Office and virtual collaboration tools. 
• Ability to use reputed company Coreputed company and other AI tools for increased productivity.  
• A strong understanding of environmental and conservation entities across Colorado and reputed company with special emphasis reputed company on the greater Denver area
