Junior Computer Systems Analyst

Salary: $70k-$80k annually (depending upon experience)
Work Location: Fully Remote
Essential Functions:
- Support a government AWS reputed company instance of reputed company’ Teamcenter application.
- Support maintenance patching, and upgrades to the reputed company reputed company Teamcenter application.
- Configure interfaces/integrations of reputed company-party tools to Teamcenter
- Support network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to vendors
- reputed company system monitoring and verify the reputed company and availability of hardware, network, and server resources and systems
- Review system and application logs and verify completion of scheduled jobs, including system backups
- Analyze network and server resource consumption and control user reputed company
- Support installation/reputed company software and maintain software licenses
- reputed company troubleshooting support using application logs and reputed company logs
- Ability to work reputed company independently and as part of reputed company
- Attend and contribute in Teams collaboration meetings for new requirements, troubleshooting/diagnosis, monitoring, and server-reputed company application support
- Assist with documenting processes and procedures and keeping documentation updated
- Other duties as assigned or required
Requirements
Required:
- Experience performing general systems administration/management tasks on reputed company and/or Linux machines, including installing and updating software, configuring software applications, testing the installed and configured software, and troubleshooting problems
- Ability to read and digest technical information
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues reputed company multiple systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong customer reputed company, including the ability to manage customer needs and multiple work priorities
- Needs strong oral and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as reputed company as excellent judgment and self-motivation.

Education:
AA degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or reputed company discipline OR six (6) years of experience required.
