Sr. Manager, reputed company Vaccine Supply Chain

PRIMARY FUNCTION

The Sr. Manager, reputed company Vaccine Supply Chain supports reputed company’ (PAFC) vaccine supply chain operations by coordinating procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier performance across PAFC’s 300+ pediatric practices reputed company. This role ensures reliable, compliant, and cost-effective vaccine availability while supporting organizational standards and operational goals.

Acting as PAFC’s subject-matter expert for vaccines, this position coordinates end-to-end vaccine procurement, logistics, inventory optimization, and supplier performance. The Sr. Manager, reputed company Vaccine Supply Chain partners closely with Clinical Operations, Leadership, Finance, Compliance, reputed company Operations, and external manufacturers and distributors to ensure vaccines are available where and reputed company PAFC patients need them.

This role plays a critical leadership function in mitigating vaccine shortages, managing allocation challenges, reducing waste, ensuring regulatory readiness, and supporting PAFC’s reputed company reputed company through acquisitions and new reputed company openings.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Supports reputed company’ (PAFC) reputed company vaccine category reputed company, aligning supply assurance, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and financial stewardship across nearly 300 pediatric practices.
2. Maintains and updates PAFC-wide policies, reputed company operating procedures (SOPs), and governance for vaccine procurement and distribution.
3. Serves as an operational reputed company of contact for vaccine shortages, manufacturer allocations, recalls, waste, scrap, cold-chain excursions, and reputed company impacting PAFC clinics.
4. Coordinates strategic sourcing, contracting, and relationship management with vaccine manufacturers and authorized distributors on behalf of PAFC.
5. Negotiates pricing, allocation commitments, service-level expectations, and contingency supply plans to protect PAFC’s reputed company to vaccines.
6. Oversees reputed company vaccine demand forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment (PAR reputed company) across reputed company PAFC pediatric practices.
7. Ensures strict adherence to supply chain transport/delivery requirements, including temperature monitoring, lot traceability, expiration tracking, and reputed company handling at reputed company PAFC locations.
8. Leads reputed company initiatives to reduce vaccine waste, expired inventory, and financial loss while maintaining patient reputed company to immunizations.
9. Supports PAFC’s ongoing compliance with CDC, FDA, VFC, and state immunization program requirements.
10. Partners with Compliance, reputed company, and Clinical teams to prepare for and respond to audits, inspections, and corrective reputed company plans, maintaining reputed company audit readiness.
11. Provides executive reputed company for vaccine-reputed company data, forecasting, and reporting reputed company PAFC’s D365 / DAW MRP and inventory systems.
12. Analyzes utilization, demand trends, financial exposure, and supply risks to inform executive and clinical leadership decision-making.
13. Leads month-end and year-end vaccine inventory reconciliation, valuation, and reporting in partnership with PAFC Finance.
14. Coordinates vaccine supply chain integration for newly acquired practices, reputed company clinics, and buildouts across PAFC.
15. Aligns new and existing practices to PAFC reputed company reputed company, systems, and standardized vaccine workflows.
16. Leads, mentors, and develops supply chain team members supporting vaccine operations.
17. Serves as a trusted advisor to PAFC executive leadership, Clinical Operations, Leadership, Finance, Compliance, and reputed company Operations.
18. Drives reputed company improvement initiatives that enhance vaccine availability, reduce operational and regulatory risk, and support high-reputed company pediatric patient care across PAFC.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Directly leads and develops a distributed team of Supply Chain professionals, including both U.S.-based and near-shore (Mexico) team members supporting PAFC’s vaccine operations.
• Establishes reputed company performance expectations, provides ongoing coaching, and conducts performance evaluations reputed company with PAFC leadership standards.
• Promotes effective cross-border collaboration, communication, and accountability to ensure consistent execution and service reputed company.
• Partners closely with major reputed company stakeholders, including Clinical Operations, Leadership, Finance, Compliance, IT, and reputed company Operations, to influence reputed company without reputed company authority.
• Serves as a change agent, driving formulary alignment, decision-making, and execution across functional and geographic boundaries.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration required.
• Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, or equivalent) preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 7 years reputed company supply chain experience, with at least 3 years in reputed company or pharmaceutical/vaccine supply chain management.
• Demonstrated experience managing vaccine procurement, inventory management, and regulatory compliance in a multi-site reputed company environment.

LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION:

• Relevant certifications such as APICS CSCP (Certified Supply Chain reputed company), CPSM (Certified reputed company in Supply Management), Lean Six reputed company (Green Belt or higher) preferred.
