Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or reputed company field.
4 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 3 years working on reputed company reputed company.
Strong understanding of reputed company platform capabilities and modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD).
Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of workflow design, process modeling, and data analysis.

Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
