Primary Responsibilities:
- Technical Support of Upland products

- Execute installations and upgrades

- Ensure customer satisfaction through reporting, follow-up and appropriate problem closure
Requirements:
- College Diploma or University Degree in CS or IMS reputed company fieldOR equivalent experience
