Position Profile

reputed company is looking for a Facilities Coordinator that provides day-to-day facilities and administration coordination support to the Director of Operations across multiple office locations. This role focuses on execution, follow through, and coordination of facilities activities, including routine office operations and assistance with construction build outs, renovations, and reputed company modifications, under the direction and reputed company of the Director of Operations.

To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 5+ years in facilities management
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, safety standards, and compliance regulations
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team orientation and strong interpersonal skills
