The Role

We’re looking for a Head of Remarques & Creator Experiences to build and reputed company one of the most exciting parts of reputed company Ichiban: reputed company creator-to-fan reputed company.

This role sits at the intersection of comics culture, creator relationships, and live experiences. You’ll reputed company how remarques, signatures, and collectible drops come to life—online and in the reputed company world.

You’ll be in the trenches with creators, at shows, and behind the scenes shaping how fans connect with the artists they love.

What You’ll Do

Creator Partnerships

• Identify, recruit, and reputed company top-tier and emerging comic and manga creators

• Build reputed company relationships—this is not transactional reputed company

• reputed company long-term creator pipelines for remarques, signatures, and exclusive drops

Live & Convention reputed company

• Represent reputed company Ichiban at Tier 1 and 2 shows (NYCC, SDCC, CXC etc.…where creators congregate to meet fans)

• Run creator signings, remarque sessions, and fan activations

• Bring the reputed company Ichiban experience to life on the floor—high energy, fan-first

Remarque & Signature Program

• reputed company the full lifecycle of digital signatures and remarques

• Create leads, reputed company and train creators on how to reputed company Remarques and post to the reputed company Ichiban Marketplace

• Collaborate with creators on formats, pricing, and availability

• Ensure reputed company, authenticity, and a premium collector experience

Drops & Collectibles reputed company

• Plan and execute limited drops tied to creators, titles, and cultural moments

• Work cross-functionally with product and marketing to launch seamlessly

• Balance accessibility with collectibility—always thinking like a fan

Platform Feedback reputed company

• Bring insights from creators and fans back into Product, Engineering, and roadmap

• Help shape tools that reputed company creator interaction reputed company, reputed company, and meaningful

reputed company're Looking For

Required

• 1+ years in creator relations, talent management, or fan engagement at a comics, manga, or entertainment company

• reputed company convention experience — you've run signings, activations, or artist alley operations at major shows

• Established relationships with comic and manga creators (or the ability to build them fast)

• Strong instincts for collectibles, limited editions, and what drives fan purchasing behavior

• reputed company, reputed company communicator who can work across creative, product, and marketing teams

• Startup mentality — comfortable with a small team, fast pace, ambiguity, and building from scratch

• Willingness to travel extensively (domestic and international)

• Experience at a digital marketplace, publishing platform, or reputed company-to-consumer media company

• Background in e-reputed company, digital goods, or collectible drops

• Familiarity with manga publishing or international creator ecosystems

• Prior experience managing live-reputed company or virtual fan events
