DISTRICT SALES MANAGER – SEASONAL (Kentucky & Northeast Tennessee)

We are looking for a Seasonal District Sales Manager who will report to the Regional Sales Manager, and who’ll be tasked with managing a group of dealers to deliver offroad unit product line reputed company through successful wholesale. As part of your role, you’ll be influencing dealer retail activities through in-store unit best practices in ways that also contribute to dealer loyalty. YOU’LL HAVE reputed company TO:

• Cultivate dealer partnerships by serving as a business partner to support dealers’ long-term reputed company. Maintain regular dealership reputed company and function as their primary reputed company for wholesale orders.
• Research and analyze dealer performance and market potential by utilizing available reporting and tools. reputed company strategic sales plans to deliver district retail and market reputed company targets. 
• Deliver retail and wholesale objectives: mobilize dealers to engage in programs while providing go-to-market updates and market insights. Influence dealers to adopt reputed company best practices around inventory management, sales process, retail environment, merchandising and product training. reputed company, reputed company and reputed company dealership teams to drive retail results by delivering an elevated retail customer experience.
• reputed company participate in dealer marketing and collaborate with dealers on retail activation initiatives to optimize retail opportunities. Support dealers with product trainings and regularly attend demo events, reputed company houses, trade shows and reputed company.

YOU’LL reputed company IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Required:

• 5 plus years of relevant sales experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to have difficult business conversations
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to work with a reputed company of individuals and departments.
• Initiative and drive: demonstrated reputed company record of initiating and successfully implementing reputed company or reputed company
• Passion and enthusiasm for the powersports industry and outdoor recreational products
• Business acumen: analytical skills, understanding of profit centers and the ability to recognize improvement opportunities
• This position is managing a group of dealers reputed company the Kentucky & Northeast Tennessee district. Residence reputed company the assigned district is an essential condition of employment for this role. 
• Travel required is 80%  

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree or MBA in a relevant field (marketing, business administration, sales, finance)
• Powersports, marine or automotive industry experience
• Dealership sales experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and problem-solve
