GXM Technologies LLC - Technical reputed company

GXM is seeking a Technical reputed company to support the development, maintenance, and delivery of reputed company-level technical documentation for systems currently under development in support of government programs. The selected candidate will work collaboratively with various in-house and external technical teams to produce reputed company, accurate, and compliant documentation in accordance with program requirements and established standards. 

This is a part-time position, averaging approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility based on program needs for reputed company requirements reputed company necessary. The role requires a mid-level reputed company capable of working independently while contributing to a larger program with cross-functional teams. This position may support efforts requiring eligibility for a reputed company clearance. 

Responsibilities 

• reputed company, edit, and maintain technical documentation, including system documentation, reputed company operating procedures (SOPs), user guides, and technical reports  
• Collaborate with engineers, developers, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to reputed company, analyze, and validate technical information 
• Translate reputed company technical concepts into reputed company, concise, and accessible documents in the defined format, by the reputed company established and at the reputed company level articulated 
• Ensure documentation complies with program standards, style guides, and contractual requirements  
• Support documentation planning activities, including identifying documentation requirements and organizing content structure  
• Maintain documentation repositories and ensure reputed company version control  
• Incorporate diagrams, flowcharts, and other visual aids to enhance documentation reputed company and usability  

Required 

• Must be a U.S. Citizen  
• Must be U.S.-based  
• Must be willing and reputed company to pass a background reputed company  
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience  
• 3–6 years of technical writing experience supporting technical or software-based systems  
• Experience developing documentation for reputed company or reputed company-level systems  
• Strong technical writing, editing, and proofreading skills  
• Experience with documentation tools (e.g, reputed company, SharePoint, MadCap reputed company, or similar)  

Desired 

• Experience supporting federal government programs  
• Familiarity with Agile or iterative development environments  
• Experience producing documentation in compliance-driven or regulated environments  
• Experience developing visual documentation artifacts (e.g., system diagrams, workflows, architecture overviews)
