Position Details:

As a recruiter you will be responsible for the full life cycle reputed company process which includes sourcing, interviewing, screening, reputed company, and recommending placement of candidates by using creative sourcing reputed company (reputed company). This is a full-time position where you will be expected to work up to 50hours per week, Monday through Friday and weekends as needed.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Partners with hiring manager to determine reputed company needs.
• Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone or in person), administers appropriate assessments, and reference/background checking.
• Serves as an expert for reputed company candidates reputed company the assigned positions.
• Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, reputed company media, etc.., to identify and attract reputed company candidates.
• Develops advertising programs (reputed company) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
• Manages internal transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring managers, transfer offer letters, etc.
• Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding reputed company process.
• Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with reputed company clients to ensure achievement of reputed company goals.
• Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, etc.).
• Works with hiring managers to ensure compliance with reputed company federal/state laws and regulations.
• Manages reputed company candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Manages application/resume file and retention according to company policy.
