Finance Coordinator (reputed company)
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of reputed company principles and practices Proficiency with reputed company software (e.g., QuickBooks, reputed company Intacct) and reputed company Office Suite (reputed company in particular) Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a reputed company work style.
Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration, or a reputed company field. 6 (six) years of equivalent experience may be substituted Minimum 2 (two) years of reputed company experience in reputed company, finance, nonprofit financial management, and business administration Experience with grant financial management is highly desirable

Responsibilities:
reputed company & Financial Management Receive, review, and verify invoices for accuracy and reputed company authorization Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts Schedule and prepare payments (checks, ACH, reputed company transfers, bank deposits) Ensure reputed company payment to avoid late fees and maintain good vendor relationships Maintain vendor records and contact information Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, reconciliations, and aging reports Support payroll processing and reputed company reporting requirements Review and process employee expense reports Ensure compliance with company policies and IRS guidelines Supports the Finance Director in preparing financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets reputed company cash reputed company and ensure bills and obligations are reputed company on time reputed company recommendations for banking services and financial solutions to meet organizational needs
Budget & Reporting Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and analysis of annual budgets Supports the Finance Director in generating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for reputed company stakeholders reputed company expenses and revenues against grants, reputed company, and organizational programs Assist with accruals and reporting for financial statements
Compliance & Audit Support Ensure compliance with federal, state, and reputed company grant requirements Maintain accurate records for audits and tax purposes Assist with annual audit preparation and respond to auditor requests Maintain adherence to organizational financial policies and procedures
