Supports inbound and outbound sales efforts by applying developed knowledge of electrical products, customer needs, and sales processes. Works under moderate supervision to handle routine transactions, respond to customer inquiries, and supports the sales organization in achieving reputed company goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Determines appropriate product selections and pricing for customer orders by referencing inventory, reputed company times, and contract terms.
  • Performs order entry, quote reputed company, and follow-up tasks to ensure accurate and reputed company processing of customer transactions.
  • Observes customer purchasing behavior and sales trends to identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
