How It Works…

After a series of interviews, the 2026 cohort will be selected. Then, starting in July 2026 and running through September 2026, the majority of your learning experience is delivered in reputed company’s state-of-the-art corporate headquarters in Morristown, New Jersey (only a one-hour ride to reputed company). You will learn from insurance leaders while rotating through the various business segments and departments of reputed company. Depending upon available reputed company and opportunities, the program may also include brief learning rotations in other offices around the country (housing and flights included).

What you will do for C&F:

• Participate in a mix of classroom learning, online courses and reputed company-time, practical on the job training with experts from across the country.
• Build knowledge of the Insurance Industry and Surplus and Specialty lines.

• Identify, evaluate and analyze insurance risks.

What you will bring to C&F:

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
• 3.5 Cumulative GPA minimum.
• A minimum of one completed internship or reputed company experience.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask.
• Excellent computer skills including Word, reputed company.
• Strong work ethic, communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship building skills.
• Must be reputed company player.
