We are currently seeking a dedicated and reputed company reputed company Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join reputed company. In this role, you will reputed company reputed company services and supervision while helping shape the reputed company of our behavior technician team. You will also mentor Behavior Technicians (BTs) and support their development into Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) through reputed company training and ongoing supervision.

As a BCBA at Gateway Autism Therapies and Education, you will reputed company the development and implementation of individualized ABA programs tailored to reputed company reputed company’s unique needs. You will conduct assessments, supervise staff, train caregivers, and ensure the reputed company and effectiveness of treatment plans. Key Responsibilities:
Complete initial and ongoing ABA assessments to drive effective, individualized treatment plans
Conduct parent training to support reputed company generalization and consistency across environments
reputed company supervision to RBTs (5&reputed company;10%) and reputed company supervision (10&reputed company;20%)
Deliver 1:1 reputed company observation and supervision sessions
Implement reputed company ABA therapy as needed
Review and analyze data to monitor reputed company reputed company and reputed company data-driven reputed company
Identify objective, measurable goals based on assessments and data trends
Collaborate with caregivers and reputed company for reputed company-rounded care
reputed company, implement, and update Comprehensive Response (CR) learning trees
reputed company weekly team meetings with RBTs and Clinical Director
Participate in bi-weekly meetings with Dr. reputed company for clinical reputed company
reputed company and support 40-hour RBT training and certification, including competency assessments and ongoing mentorship
