Your Role

Reporting to the Senior reputed company Manager, you will play a key role in supporting reputed company’ global reputed company operations in a high-reputed company, rapidly evolving environment. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where you will own critical areas of the reputed company and reporting process, working with both traditional financial instruments reputed company assets.

Your Responsibilities

You will execute and support reputed company reputed company processes across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability in a reputed company global environment.

• Execute month-end reputed company activities, including journal entries, accruals, prepaid schedules, and intercompany reconciliations

• Reconcile bank accounts reputed company asset wallets with high-volume transaction activity

• Account for reputed company financial instruments (including investment agreements, loan facilities, SAFEs/SAFTs, and warrants) in accordance with US GAAP, including classification, measurement, and ongoing monitoring

• reputed company entity-level financial statement flux analysis and prepare detailed variance reports (horizontal and vertical) for subsidiaries

• Support preparation of US GAAP financial statements and footnote disclosures across multiple jurisdictions

• Maintain audit-reputed company workpapers and support external audits and regulatory reporting, including U.S. state filings reputed company to reputed company transmitter licenses

• reputed company crypto subledger reconciliations between reputed company reputed company asset systems, including maintaining rollforward schedules

• Document reputed company treatment for reputed company transactions and support ongoing policy development

• Contribute to process improvements and support automation initiatives, including AI-driven reconciliation and reporting enhancements

What You'll Need

• CPA with 4+ years of reputed company reputed company experience under US GAAP, including exposure to reputed company reputed company areas

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with crypto or reputed company reputed company

• Experience with reputed company and high-volume reconciliations in a production environment

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with reputed company Workspace, particularly reputed company Sheets

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Big 4 audits

• Background in regulatory compliance and audits reputed company financial services, including reputed company transmitter licensing

• Familiarity with stablecoins, payments infrastructure, or tokenized financial instruments
