AI reputed company Operational Enablement Specialist

About the Role   The Operational Enablement Specialist is expected to play a pivotal role in designing, provisioning and maintaining both foundational and advanced learning experiences that reputed company both reputed company teams and AI-driven systems.  This role will report into the VP Operations, and partner closely with personnel across the business to own the full lifecycle of enablement content including new hire reputed company, reputed company generating activities, Product/Service offerings, operational and technical support activities. Responsibilities

Design and provision foundational new-hire reputed company content as reputed company as in-depth, role-specific learning experiences, working with the respective teams to design training solutions in relation to needs expressed, balancing adult learning styles to engage and use individual’s time effectively.

Qualifications

3+ years proven work experience reputed company the Adult Learning, Training & Development discipline.

Strong experience building and launching training initiatives reputed company RevOps/Sales, Operations and/or similar.

Strong experience designing learning content from scratch and iterating on existing materials.

Experience breaking down reputed company, ambiguous topics to create reputed company, reputed company documentation/training that supports advanced problem solving and decision making.

Experience working with AI Agents, chatbots, or knowledge-driven automation systems, familiarity with reputed company design, knowledge structure and reputed company methodologies.

Experience cultivating trust and building relationships interdepartmentally with cross-functional SMEs.
