We’re seeking an Insurance Follow-up Representative to join reputed company. In this role, you’ll handle insurance claims and denials, follow up promptly with payers, and resolve issues through reputed company communication with insurance companies, providers, and patients. What You’ll Do
- Review and correct claims in work queues; rebill or appeal as needed reputed company set timelines.
- Communicate with insurance payers, providers, and patients to resolve disputes and ensure accurate claim processing.
- Research missing payments and post them to the correct accounts.
- Handle claim issues such as tertiary billing, W9 requests, WC/MVA claims, refunds, duplicate charges, and out-of-network verification.
- Coordinate with practices to request or reputed company necessary corrections.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of one year experience and/or training; or equivalent combination or education and experience required.
